Pricing & Ordering Info
1. Cost of materials - Many times the client will supply the materials such as a shirt or towel. If I supply the material (such as a cap) I simply include the actual cost in my pricing.
2. Design cost - Sometimes a project requires the acquisition of a custom digitized design from an outside party. I simply pass the actual cost of that design work along. Once a design is created it can be used over and over without additional charges.
3. Project manufacture time - This varies based on difficulty of design and preparation as well as my project backlog. Typically a project can be completed within 2 weeks.
4. Shipping cost - I use the least cost wholesale shipping method by using the Pirateship.com application.
5. Sales Tax - We collect sales tax at the rate of 6.75% since we are not located within a city limit.
6. Billing - We prefer to invoice customers using PayPal. You can then pay from your PayPal account or use a credit card. We also accept cash upon delivery but we still send you an invoice for record keeping purposes. We need your email address, name, and mailing address to send an invoice.
Example: Embroidered T-Shirt - $25.00 (includes cost of shirt andembroidery:
Sales Tax at 6.75% - $ 1.69
Total Cost. - $26.69
